  Open concept. Meaning 0 privacy for patients as all 5 chairs are in VERY close proximity to one another.
  
  Appointment was for 10. An hour later I'm still sitting in the ortho seat waiting to be attended to.
  
  Not quite sure how they received such high ratings...it's clean here but that's about it.
