  Rude absolutely rude. I went in to ask a question and possibly seek help amending pass taxes that were filed wrong when I was a student in college (I recently graduated Dec 2016). Instead of telling me what I needed to bring in and giving me the peace of mind it could be fixed, I was given a short answer and dismissed the moment a man came in behind me. I received more help from turbotax than a person in front of me. I will never go to H&R Block again. Apparently my business isn't wanted.
