  I am honestly upset. Bad first experience not even with service but the workers. My boyfriend went to the salon twice to ask about a particular hairstyle and the cost of it, while I was working. The day I was “suppose to” get my hair done. He went back again to confirm the appointment and to tell them I would be there between the time or 5:45pm-6:00pm (i get off at 5:30 and i would have to wait for my Uber) to get my hair, they said okay. I get there at 5:57pm and the workers tell me that they just told the stylist to leave because they thought that I wasn’t coming? How? So I then asked if someone else could to my hair and they said “no” and then asked me if I would come tomorrow which I couldn’t because of work. I just walked out because if I would’ve stayed there would’ve been a problem. I was soooo upset I wasted money to get there, that was very unprofessional and will NEVER go back again. My friends also go there but after this I doubt they will again!
