  Have been a renter for 3 years now (17 Summit) Had no major issues until now. Since about February/March the hot water has been almost consistently cold! The boiler needs to be replaced. There are working class people and families with babies and young children in this building!!! This is a health violation!! The pluming in this building also is in need of repair. Sink shower and toilet gets backed up. I've also had 2 major leeks in my apartment causing water damage that the walls and ceilings needed to be replaced. These people take their sweet time fixing things with no apology or regard for their tenants!!! Regret resigning the lease, but I will be out next spring!! Heat and hot water are part of the lease agreement! You are in direct violation!! It will be reported every day until fixed.

  I live at 6 glenwood the water is always cold and they threaten to put you out ! They never return your calls ! Show no remorse its 19 degrees outside and i cant evn shower but rhey want 985$ from me. Yall have time to file papers but cant fix our water. F yall! Do not rent here yall they suck !
