  I had a package sent to my house my sister was outside to get it while she was the parcel woman seen her then went on to give her a attitude left a note in my mailbox and left. i went to the post office the same day to recieve the package they told me i had to wait until tommorow to get my because they it hadnt been returned from the parcel woman i had no problem with that. today is the next day. I went back they are telling me i cant recieve my package because i put my alias on my package i explained to them i have the tracking number i had the note she left on my door i gave them my id they still would not give me my package the man who i spoke to told me the systems were down he also seemed aggrivated and didnt want to deal with me i after i get my package tommorow i will nevet use this company again
